The ambitious project is being developed by Platinum Estates and Sierra Blanca Estates in partnership with Marriott International and will introduce St. Regis Marbella Resort and The Residences at St. Regis Marbella Resort to the exclusive Las Dunas area of East Marbella.

151 Exclusive Beachfront Residences
The development will feature a five-star hotel offering 169 rooms alongside 151 luxury private residences, ranging from two to five bedrooms. Residential properties will range from approximately 150 square metres to an impressive 1,000 square metres for the most exclusive units.
Residents will enjoy access to the exceptional services and facilities associated with the St. Regis brand, including fine dining restaurants, luxury wellness and spa facilities, premium sports and fitness amenities, swimming pools, landscaped relaxation areas and an exclusive beach club with direct access to the Mediterranean. The development will combine the privacy and comfort of exclusive residential ownership with the convenience of world-class hospitality and year-round resort services.
The internationally acclaimed Rockwell Group will lead the architectural design, bringing its expertise in luxury hospitality and residential environments to Marbella. Construction is expected to begin before the end of 2026, with the resort scheduled to open in 2031.
